Terms & Conditions

1.  I fully understand and accept that participation in the above activity shall be undertaken at my own / my child’s own risk.  

2.  I hereby authorise DanceWeb Studios  or any of its sections to act on my behalf in respect of any circumstances pertaining to any accident, illness or misfortune arising from, during, or in connection with the above activity in the manner that DanceWeb Studios or any of its sections in their absolute discretion deem fit. I fully accept complete liability for all expenses incurred thereby or in connection therewith.  

3.  On behalf of myself, our heirs, the child and our executors, we hereby undertake to and hereby do indemnify, absolve and hold harmless DanceWeb Studios or any of its sections against any loss in respect of all claims, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever, that may arise in the course of, in connection with, the above activities, howsoever arising and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

4. PAYMENT POLICY - DEBIT ORDER AUTHORISATION  All payments to be paid in advance by the 1st of each month via debit order (form will be attached in email  ) your details are kept confidentially and are only in use for our admin and accounting purposes. 

All  Private lessons will be invoiced  and paid prior to the lesson to our bank account
This to be paid before the lesson can take place. LESSONS WILL BE SUSPENDED IF FEES ARE NOT PAID TIMEOUSLY

4.1 A FULL TERMS  (THREE CALENDAR MONTHS NOTICE ) WRITTEN  NOTICE PERIOD IS REQUIRED UPON TERMINATION OF LESSONS.

4.1.1 WHILE A STUDENT IS REGISTERED WITH DANCEWEB, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER STUDIO OR COMPETE OR TAKE LESSONS FROM A COACH / TEACHER OUTSIDE OF DWS  WITHOUT  AN AGREEMENT IN PLACE. 

4.2 PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE TERMLY OR MONTHLY BUT THE FULL TERMS FEES WILL BE  CHARGED. 
      R200 Annual Registration fee will be charged to each returning dancer on an annual basis and R250 for new dancers joining  DanceWeb Studios for the first time.

4.2.1 ALL BANK CHARGES DUE TO UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS WILL BE FOR MY / OUR ACCOUNT. THIS AUTHORISATION WILL HAVE IMMEDIATE EFFECT ONCE COMPLETED.

4.3  Should this account become delinquent, the undersigned will be responsible for any and all collection costs including attorney fees and court dates.

5. DanceWeb will act as agent on behalf of all dancers in respect of shows, commercials, movies and charges between 20-25% percent commission depending on the scale and scope of work offered.

6. Kindly note that the fees for January and December are calculated within the Terms fees.
6.1 Terms - We follow the Government school Term holidays and break for the term  holidays (we do run extra training during June- July holiday  for our dancesport club league)
      Term1 - 17th Jan - 20th March 
      Term 2 - 3rdApril - 14thJune
      Term 3 - 9th July- 20th September
      Term 4 - 1st October- 11th December 

7. Family Discount for every third and fourth child of 10%
