Terms and Conditions 2026
1. I fully understand and accept that participation in the above activity shall be undertaken at my own / my child’s own risk. 2. I hereby authorize DanceWeb Studios or any of its sections to act on my behalf in respect of any circumstances about any accident, illness, or misfortune arising from, during, or in connection with the above activity in the manner that DanceWeb Studios or any of its sections in their absolute discretion deem fit. I fully accept complete liability for all expenses incurred thereby or in connection.
3. On behalf of myself, our heirs, the child, and our executors, we hereby undertake to and hereby do indemnify, absolv,e and hold harmless DanceWeb Studios or any of its sections against any loss in respect of all claims, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever, that may arise in the course of, in connection with, the above activities, howsoever arising and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
4. PAYMENT POLICY —- DEBIT ORDER AUTHORISATI All paymentmust be madeid in advance by the 1st of each month via debit orderthe (form will be attacheto thein email . Yourur details are kepconfidentially and are onlusedse for our admin and accounting purposes.
All Private lessons will be invoiced and paid before the lesson to our bank account
This is to be paid before the lesson can take place. LESSONS WILL BE SUSPENDED IF FEES ARE NOT PAID TIMEOUSLY

*R550- Adults Classes one lesson per week (Moms & Dads)

Team Training (By invitation Only) must do the membership weekly classes above and pass auditions
R280 per month for group competition, club league training training for regionals and nationals

4.1 A FULL TERMS (THREE CALENDAR MONTHS NOTICE ) WRITTEN NOTICE PERIOD IS REQUIRED UPON TERMINATION OF LESSONS.
4.1.1 WHILE A STUDENT IS REGISTERED WITH DANCEWEB, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER STUDIO OR COMPETE OR TAKE LESSONS FROM A COACH / TEACHER OUTSIDE OF DWS WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT IN PLACE.
4.2 PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE TERMLY OR MONTHLY, LY BUT THE FULL TERMS FEES WILL BE CHARGED. An annual Registration fee of R200 will be charged
4.2.1 ALL BANK CHARGES DUE TO UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS WILL BE FOR MY / OUR ACCOUNT. THIS AUTHORISATION WILL HAVE IMMEDIATE EFFECT ONCE COMPLETED.
4.3 Should this account become delinquent, the undersigned will be responsible for all collection and costs, including attorney fees and court dates.
5. DanceWeb will act as an agent for all dancers regarding shows and command movies and charge between percent com and mission depending on the scale and scope of work offered.
6. Kindly note that the fees for January and December are calculated within the Terms fees.
6.1 Terms - We follow the Government school Term holidays and break for the term holidays (we do run extra training during the June- July holiday for our dancesport club league)
The dates for the 2026 terms are as follows:
- Term 1: 14 January to 27 March.
- Term 2: 8 April to 26 June.
- Term 3: 21 July to 23 September.
- Term 4: 6 October to 9 December.
